Goals
Department of Nursing Surgical Nursing Master's program aims to help students specialize in the basic topics of surgical nursing and the theories, concepts, principles and methods on which they are based, to gain the ability to reach new syntheses by conducting independent and original scientific research, and to bring innovations to nursing practices.
Objectives
It is to train specialist nurses by providing graduates with a higher level of knowledge and skills in the field of Surgical Diseases Nursing, to contribute to the scientific development of nursing. In addition, to train academicians who will respond to the need for teaching staff of undergraduate schools.
Specific Admission Requirements
To apply for the Master's program in Surgical Diseases Nursing, it is necessary to have a bachelor's degree in nursing. Other conditions are specified in Çukurova University Health Sciences Institute Graduate Education and Training Regulation.

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
Students who successfully complete the compulsory and elective courses stipulated by the Surgical Diseases Nursing Master's Program of the Department of Nursing make a thesis on a topic they have determined with their advisor and are entitled to graduate after successfully presenting this study orally. Surgical Disease Nursing graduate program qualification conditions and rules are specified in the "Çukurova University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations".
Access to Further Studies
Students who have successfully completed their master's degree in Surgical Diseases Nursing can receive doctoral education in the same branch or in the programs in which those who have a master's degree in Surgical Diseases Nursing are accepted.
