Goals
The purpose of the internal medicine nursing graduate program is to improve and deepen the knowledge of our undergraduate nursing graduate students in the field of internal diseases nursing, to transform the theoretical and applied knowledge they have acquired into behavior, and to contribute to the protection and development of health within the framework of evidence-based nursing practices. In addition, it aims to provide the student with problem solving skills by gaining knowledge/skills regarding the physiopathology, risk factors, prevention principles, diagnosis, treatment, care, patient education and rehabilitation of diseases seen in adulthood and old age, and by using scientific research methods.
Objectives
It is to train specialist nurses by giving graduates a higher level of knowledge and skills in the field of internal medicine nursing, to contribute to the scientific development of nursing. Also, to train academicians who will respond to the need for teaching staff of undergraduate schools.
Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates who successfully complete their undergraduate education in Nursing can study in the Internal Diseases Nursing Postgraduate Program, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and get 50 language points from the UDS/YDS equivalent exams. Student admission and registration conditions for the Internal Diseases Nursing graduate program It is stated in the "Examination Regulations".

Graduates who successfully complete the program are awarded a Master's Degree in Nursing (Internal Medicine Nursing Program).

Qualification Requirements of Graduation
Students who successfully complete the compulsory and elective courses stipulated by the Internal Medicine Nursing Department, work on a thesis on a topic they have determined with their advisor and are entitled to graduate after successfully presenting this study orally. Internal Medicine Nursing graduate program qualification conditions and rules are stated in "Çukkurova University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations".
Access to Further Studies
Students who have successfully completed their master's degree in Internal Medicine Nursing can receive doctoral education in the same branch or in the programs they are accepted.

There is no internship in the nursing program, but applications are included in the courses.

Applications are made in units/clinics suitable for the field of the courses.
