Course Goal / Objective

The main objectives of this course are to describe and to compare the physical features , design objectives and treatment capabilities of various types of natural treatment systems like land treatment, wetland systems, and aquatic plant systems and to discuss the expected quality of the treated wastewater from land treatment systems.

Course Content

Some methods applied to the wastewater during land treatment practice. Irrigation, rapid infiltration. Leaking and other systems. Basic factors affecting wastewaters removal. Preparation of projects for the land treatment application and its application.
