Course Goal / Objective
The aim of entrepreneurship training is to inform entrepreneurial candidates who want to expand their entrepreneurship training, to motivate entrepreneurial candidates who want to take the lead in their business, and of the business plan concept needed to establish successful business.
Course Content
Course contents: Entrepreneurship concepts and approaches; the process of entrepreneurship: ideas, feasibility analysis, business plan and strategy, organizational design, new work tool on building, financing, protection of intellectual property rights; implement new business plans; marketing, innovation and change in organizations; entrepreneurship in developed and developing countries,
