Course Goal / Objective

The examination of daily life practices in political, economic, social and cultural contexts, from past to today in Turkey also evaulate the popular culture products, private and public spaces, relationships and communication tools.

Course Content

The basic concepts and critical discussions related to communication and everyday life, the role of power, culture and the tradition in the construction of everyday life, how the media reconstructs everyday life in the cultural production environment and by considering issues related to everyday life in Turkey everyday life in communication researches will be evaluated through sample works.
