Course Goal / Objective

This course intents to serve as a guide for establishing regional or local guidelines oriented to help in developing and implementing new conceptual and mamagerial ideas that may assist in coping with water scarcity

Course Content

The description of water scarcity, Water scarcity concepts; physical characteristics and processes leading to water scarcity; conceptual thinking in coping with water scarcity; water conservation and water saving practices; and management; Social, economic, cultural, legal, and institutional constraints and issues, education and training.
