Course Goal / Objective

To complete the picture of the real aspect of international economics and by analyzing the monetary aspects of the theory of international trade, analyze to the Turkey's foreign trade policy, exchange rate policies and current account deficit.

Course Content

Balance of Payments-Analysis of Exchange Rate Markets and Approaches to Explain The Exchange Rate- External Balance- National Income Changes and Other Mechanisms-International Monetary System-Money, Finance and Exchange Rate Policy Analyzes in Open Economies-Internal and External Economic Balance-Macroeconomic Equilibrium with Total Demand and Total Supply Model in Open Economies
