Course Goal / Objective

Teaching the basic principles of mechanics

Course Content

Physics and measurement, vectors, motion in one dimension, planar motion, particle dynamics, work and energy, conservation of energy, dynamics of particle systems, linear momentum and collision, rotational kinematics, rotation of solid body around a fixed axis, balance of solid bodies, oscillations, mass.
