Course Goal / Objective

With regard to wastewater, knowing the planning, recycling, storage and reuse of improved water within the water resources system, while defining improved water and water reuse more clearly.

Course Content

General introduction to reuse of waters, definition of terms used and historical framework. The role of the water cycle in the hydraulic cycle and reasons for water reuse. Determination of wastewater reuse areas and difficulties encountered. Composition of treated waters, evaluation within the framework of regulations. Public health and environmental assessment of water reuse.Risk analysis, definition of risk. Investigation of primary treatment technologies used in water treatment in terms of treatment reasons and degrees. Storage of reclaimed water
