Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to gain competences related to quality assurance and standards at work to students.
Course Content
Quality assurance, standards, standardization, explains the concept of professional standards. Classify quality standards. Defines the ISO 9000 quality management system infrastructure. Quality management systems in comparison with the other.
