Course Goal / Objective

In this course, it is aimed to give the students an idea about the National Education Regulation and the managers of private / official preschool institutions, to have information about the functioning of the institution, and to raise awareness about the professional ethical rules of job interviews.

Course Content

Management principles and techniques of pre-school education institutions, management, authority, responsibility, role, duty, status, division of labor, authority and responsibility relationship, problems faced by pre-school education institution administrators and solutions, things to consider when applying for a job in pre-school education institutions, Problems and solutions that teachers may encounter in pre-school education institutions.
