Course Goal / Objective
Strengthening students' background on panel unit root, and panel cointegration tests. Introducing, panel error correction models, pooled mean group estimators, panel data modeling in case of small T, bias, and its solution, and applying these subjects in research.
Course Content
Review of the fundamentals of panel data and panel unit root and panel cointegration issues. Introducing panel error correction models, pooled mean group estimators, and panel data modeling in the case of Small T and bias and its solution.
Course Precondition
Have taken at least two graduate-level econometrics courses and be familiar with dynamic panel data models.
