Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the lesson to teach; the basic properties of the drug effect on forensic sciences, the transition from biological membranes, distribution in the body, metabolism, excretion, dose-concentration-effect relationship, mechanisms of action of drugs, drug-receptor relationship, interactions between drugs, factors affecting its effect, pharmacogenetics and the general principles treatment of acute drug poisoning.
Course Content
The basic properties of the drug effect on forensic sciences contains, the transition from biological membranes, distribution in the body, metabolism, excretion, dose-concentration-effect relationship, mechanisms of action of drugs, drug-receptor relationship, interactions between drugs, factors affecting its effect, pharmacogenetics and acute drug poisoning general principles.
