Course Goal / Objective

Students will learn and gain experience on writing a research proposal

Course Content

Students will learn basic rules to develop and asses a research question and writing a research proposal. They will all submit a small grant in their area of interest by the end of this course. Students are expected to complete the following tasks: 1. Defining an interdisciplinary health problem with meaning in the field of translational medicine 2.Discuss this problem with related disciplines 3. Writing a research project proposal related to the problem identified 4. Preparing a report evaluating research projects written by other students 5. Considering the comments written to him, correcting his project and preparing a response report that will refute the criticisms These tasks will be supported by interim meetings and conferences.

Previous literature research and a research question is required to take this course
