Course Goal / Objective

In this course, communication methods and techniques, the identification of factors that prevent communication, the identification of conflict situations that creates, is intended to develop effective communication skills in health care.

Course Content

The concept of communication the importance of communication in human relationships and communication factors, Useful communication techniques,verbal and nonverbal communication styles, professional and social communication, Empathy, empathic communication, patient-nurse relationship ,therapeutic communication, interpersonal communication, conflict, and solution self-recognition self-recognition, self-recognition applications, Enterprise behavior, Passive behavior, Manipulative behavior, why asortif are asked to be?, The special behavior of different age periods and our relations showing the patient's behavior, the health care team within interpersonal relationships, family communication, listening comprehension, discussion approaches to preventing communication.
