Course Goal / Objective
The career planning of each individual is different according to their personalcharacteristics, interests, talentsand values. In thiscourse, students will be introduced to identifythemselvesabout their careergoals, determine their abilities, values, and strengthsand developable aspects. Brainstorming opportunities will be created with experts in the business world. With these awarenessgained at the end of the semester, it isaimed tomake short and long term career planning for each student.
Course Content
Career related concepts(Coaching, Mentoring, Self-Efficacy, Self Confidence, Talent, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership etc.). Career planning criteria (personalcharacteristics, values, SWOTanalysis, etc.) brainstorming with individualsfrom the industry, individual short and long term career planning
