Course Goal / Objective
In this course, intracellular signal transduction mechanisms, functional properties of different types of receptors and signaling pathways (G proteins, effector enzymes, ion channels, intracellular calcium, phospholipases and eicosanoids, protein kinases, protein phosphorylation, etc.) involved in intracellular signaling, target An overview and understanding of the mechanisms mediating the regulation of cell responses, the physiological functions of intracellular signal transduction (apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, gene transcription, etc.) and its clinical significance (cancer, cardiovascular diseases, learning and memory, immune responsiveness, etc.). intended to gain. Raising individuals who have knowledge on these issues is one of the main goals.
