Course Goal / Objective

Learning basic concepts and analysis in genetic epidemiology with R package program.

Course Content

The basic concepts used in genetic epidemiology include population dynamics, Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium test, parametric and non-parametric linkage analysis, genetic variance analysis and association analysis.
