Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with the general characteristics of the game of volleyball, its historical development in the world and in Turkey, technical skills within the rules of the game. To ensure that they can use the skills gained tactically in the game.
Course Content
General characteristics of volleyball game, historical development of volleyball in the world and in Turkey, contemporary volleyball court dimensions and game rules, basic stance types, teaching service technique, teaching cuff technique, teaching finger pass technique, teaching service, service reception and pass techniques together, teaching slam dunk technique, teaching block technique.
