Course Goal / Objective

Teaching and practicing basic gymnastics skills both individually and in groups, and teaching how to use basic gymnastic equipment

Course Content

Definition, historical development, basic postures, formations, use of space, free individual and paired movements, individual and paired movements with instruments, individual and paired movements with instruments, rules, knowledge, practice, observation, error detection and teaching knowledge
