Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students to use their leisure time efficiently and consciously, to understand the impact of leisure activities on personal development, and to promote an active lifestyle.

Course Content

The content of this course includes basic concepts of leisure, leisure education, importance of leisure education, leisure theories, benefits of leisure participation, types of leisure activities, leisure planning and management.
