Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to teach the basic concepts of recreation, historical development, individual and social importance, recreation management and organization processes. Recreation course aims to teach students the role of recreational activities as fun and meaningful activities that support physical, mental and social well-being.
Course Content
The content of this course includes the concepts of time, leisure, leisure and recreation, individual and social dimensions of recreation, the need for recreation, classification of recreation, the benefits of participation in recreational activities, leadership in recreation and recreational activity planning and implementation.
