Course Goal / Objective
It aims to provide information about the role and mechanism of antimicrobials, factors affecting antimicrobial activity, and antimicrobial activity evaluation methods.
Course Content
The role and mechanism of action of antimicrobials in living things, factors of antimicrobials found in nutrients, natural antimicrobials, plant phenols, lactic acid bacteria, organic acids, bacteriocins, natural and environmental factors affecting antimicrobial activity, antimicrobial activity evaluation methods, antibiotic activity test evaluation.

There is no prerequisite for the course.
