Learns Quantitative evaluation of high temperature stress, life limit at high temperature, formation of high temperature stress and time factor, structure of primary and secondary high temperature damage, molecular principles of high temperature stress, relationship between high temperature and low temperature resistance, physiological, molecular and ultrastructural principles of resistance to heat, salt and radiation
