Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to examine the physiological basis of training methods for improving the strength and the factors affecting the strength of the athlete.
Course Content
Physiological factors affecting strength, neural, mechanical and cellular adaptation mechanisms that develop with strength training, physiological responses to different strength training stimuli and planning of strength training.
