Course Goal / Objective
This lecture aims to give students ability of writing and understanding judical procedural writings which are rather important in the law system.
Course Content
Preparing of briefs about civil and crime cases, writing court decisions and other procedural writings are examined in this lecture. Procedural writings about dormant execution of bankruptcy phase, texts about writ of execution and critizing of agreements are contents of this lecture.
