Course Goal / Objective
This course aims at providing an introduction to the substantive law of the European Union. It concentrates on sui generis features of the European Union single market and free movement.
Course Content
Free movement of goods, free movement of persons, free movement of services, freedom of establishment and free movement of capital constitute the content of this course.
