Course Goal / Objective
To practice bringing action, execution of verdict to demonstrate key parts of arbitration and mediation.
Course Content
Important features and common issues of law practice will be aproached by expert practitioner legists (judge, prosecutor, attorney, legal adviser, notary) with students in an interactive workshop.
