Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to teach students every stage of the litigation process in practice, to gain knowledge and skills in filing a lawsuit, defending, presenting evidence, preparing legal documents and creating litigation strategies, as well as developing a professional approach in the court process, transforming theoretical knowledge into practice and gaining the ability to make decisions for the practice of law.
Course Content
The Civil Litigation Practice course begins by teaching students the basic stages of the litigation process. The course focuses on practical issues such as filing a lawsuit, drafting pleadings, preparing defences and counterclaims, collecting and presenting evidence, and the operation of court processes. In addition, students work on trial procedures, building case strategies and developing a professional approach in court.
