Course Goal / Objective
The main purpose of the Child Law classes are; acquisition of basic legal information about this field; examination of the child's legal position; recognizing the rights of the child and finally emphasizing child protection.
Course Content
Child Law is a discipline aimed at protecting the rights of individuals defined by law as a child.The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, Child Protection Law, Turkish Criminal Law, Turkish Civil Law and other regulations concerning children are examined.
