Course Goal / Objective
The main purpose of the Turkish Education System and School Management course is to give information about the structure and functioning of the Turkish education system. By introducing the duties and responsibilities of school administration and school administrators, it is aimed to provide insight into the quality of effective school management. It is also aimed to enable the evaluation of the change in the structure of the education system by teaching the dynamics that affect the structure and functioning of the Turkish education system.

Structure of the Turkish education system, teaching levels in the Turkish education system, school as a social system and organization, management theories, dynamics in school management, school management, leadership roles of school administrators, management of human resources, personnel and student services in school, education and training services, school-environment relationship, education finance and resource management in school, changing society and school, current discussions and trends about school
