Course Goal / Objective

Creating awareness on disability and disability oriented design. Discussing the role of the architect within the scope of barrier-free design. Achieving awareness for design for all.

Course Content

Disability concept, design for all, design for disabled people, barrier free design, universal design standards and regulations, barrier-free design examples in different design subjects and areas.
