Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to prepare students with little or no computer programming experience to computational thinking as well as software development using the Python programming language. The course will teach programming logic and the fundamentals of software development, as well as the constituent elements of Python languages.

Course Content

Basic computer concepts, Fundamentals of programming, Variables, Expressions, Functions, Conditional expressions, Recursion, Generators, Iterations, Loops, Strings, Lists, Dictionaries, Tuples.
