Course Goal / Objective

Comprehending the basic knowledge of music theory in students of art faculties, Developing the skills of reading and writing a note he / she sees by teaching the rules of musical reading and writing, and applying the concepts of speed and loudness in music on a melody he / she voiced, scale degrees, major minor tones, hardware tone relations in the scope of basic music theory , range information etc. It is aimed to contribute to the musical development by means of examples and studies appropriate to the level of the subjects.

Course Content

Comprehending the basic concepts of music theory in students of art faculties,Introduction of note reading and writing rules and content. Introducing the terms speed and loudness in music. Introducing the concepts of sequence, tone, hardware and range in music. Voice and vocal training exercises. Sample exercise, work exercises.
