Course Goal / Objective

With this course, it is aimed for teacher candidates to create career awareness about the expectations of working life, to plan their working lives after graduation by making the best use of their education processes, to choose career paths in fields suitable for their qualifications, and to accurately evaluate career alternatives suitable for their skills, abilities and competencies.

Course Content

TIn this course, the concepts of career and profession are explained, the teaching profession and its conditions are introduced, and information is given about how to shape a career after obtaining a teaching license. Information and experience are provided regarding alternatives such as working as a teacher in private institutions and public schools or as a school administrator. Process and qualification information regarding choosing an academic career path is shared, and information about international alternatives is also provided.
