Course Goal / Objective

At the end of this course, quality and quality concepts are mastered, standards and control of standards, student gains the competencies of making material control, making product control and production control according to the desired standards.

Institution duties, ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems, TS-EN-ISO 9000 : 2000 Series Standards, TS-EN-ISO 9000 : Examination of 1-2-3-4 titles of 2000 Series Standards, TS-EN-ISO 9000 : Examination of 5-6-7-8 titles of 2000 Series Standards, TS-EN-ISO 14000 Environmental Management Standards, CE Standard and Directives, Hazard analysis at critical control points, Problems encountered in quality management, The relationship between quality management systems and other standards. Raw material control, Auxiliary material and accessory control, Product control methods, Control in slaughterhouse, Control in production, Shipment control, Evaluation of quality control results.
