Course Goal / Objective

The undergraduate students of the Department of Animal Science learn dairy cattle breeding in cattle breeding, existing breeding systems, cattle barns, cattle breeds, external structure characteristics and culture and local cattle breeds and the factors affecting milk production, milk production, yield and quantity. By using the information about the breeding business in today's breeding systems, it enables students to be applied in cattle breeding enterprises, which have an important place in the future of agriculture in Turkey.

Course Content

Practical breeding by using existing cattle breeding systems, cattle barns, cattle breeds, external structure characteristics and culture and domestic cattle breeds and factors affecting milk production, milk quality, milk yield and quantity. contribute to production.
