Course Goal / Objective

In this course, it is aimed to inform about the definition and importance of social-emotional development, social emotional development characteristics according to ages, factors affecting social and emotional development, theories of social emotional development, problems related to social-emotional development and what can be done to solve these problems, research on social emotional development of children.

Definition of social development, importance, factors affecting social development, characteristics of social development in childhood and adolescence, theories of social emotional development, attachment, theoretical view of attachment, factors affecting attachment, problems related to social emotional development, research on social emotional development
