Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to provide psychological counselor candidates with information on the definition and scope of cultural anthropology, its fields of study, and its method; study topics such as livelihoods, kinship systems, social organization, gender, religion, language, individual and culture; major anthropologists from our country and the world, their fields of study and examples from their studies, and to enable them to grasp the anthropological perspective by providing information on the subjects of globalization, communication and cyberculture.
Course Content
It involves in Definition and scope of cultural anthropology, fields of study, methods, livelihoods, kinship systems, social organization, gender, religion, language, individual and culture; anthropologists, their work areas and examples, and Globalization, Communication and Cyber culture
