Course Goal / Objective

Introducing and teaching experimental methods used in the field of geotechnical

Course Content

History, basic concepts and definitions. Laboratory experiments and sampling methods used to obtain targeted data in geotechnical applications. Introduction of laboratory experiments and evaluation of application processes. Definitions and explanations of geotechnical field tests. Advantages and disadvantages of field and laboratory experiments, comparisons and analysis of data obtained.
