Course Goal / Objective
The objectives of this course are to teach students the basic principles of photography such as basic composition rules, exposure (lighting), focusing and framing. To enable students to learn how to work with digital or analog cameras. This includes practical applications of camera settings, exposure control, focusing techniques and other techniques. To teach how photography can be used effectively for storytelling. Emphasize the use of composition, color, perspective and other visual elements

Introduction to photography: history and development, Basic photography equipment and uses, Light and color concepts, Composition rules and aesthetics, Camera control and adjustments, Light and lighting, Composition and visual expression, Photojournalism, Advertisement photography
