Course Goal / Objective
This course aims to enable students to gain the skills of critical thinking, comparative analysis and developing original solutions by addressing the protection of personal rights in the employment relationship with its legal, ethical and practical dimensions.
Course Content
To transfer the issue of protection of personal rights in employment relations to the student by prioritizing the skills of critical thinking, comparative analysis and developing new solutions at the doctoral level.
