Course Goal / Objective

Drug residues in food and their importance for human and animal health, ineffective level, acceptable daily intake, tolerance level, determination of tolerance, safety threshold, main causes of drug residues, legal holding period before slaughter, period of disuse of eggs and milk, residue kinetics, legal Providing information regarding regulations and residue monitoring program.
