Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with knowledge of environmental management and sustainable development concepts, policies, and practices. The course aims to develop students' ability to formulate integrated approaches to environmental issues, analyze sustainable development principles, and understand environmental management systems.
Course Content
Concepts and principles of environmental management, sustainable development and environmental policies, natural resource management, environmental impact assessment (EIA), life cycle assessment (LCA), environmental management systems (ISO 14001, etc.), green economy and circular economy approaches, global environmental issues, and sustainable development goals (SDG).
Course Precondition
Students are expected to have a fundamental understanding of environmental science and management systems.
