Course Goal / Objective

To show the differences between different living groups through microscope and laboratory studies and to teach the molecular structures of different living tissues.

Course Content

Laboratory techniques and laboratory safety, introduction and use of the microscope, examination of onion skin cells and tongue epithelial cells, preparation of one-cell culture, determination of fat and protein, examination of stomata in leaves, examination of fungi and yeasts.
