Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with a general understanding of professional concepts and theories related to different developmental areas such as infancy, preschool, second childhood, adolescence and adulthood periods and their developmental characteristics, gender and gender roles developmental characteristics, social development characteristics.

Course Content

The content of this course consists of the following topics; infancy, preschool, second childhood, adolescence, adulthood periods and developmental characteristics, gender and gender roles developmental characteristics, social development characteristics and the causes of individual differences.
