Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to gain knowledge on different aesthetic, artistic, industrial and intellectual trends in the history of cinema in a national and international context.

LO04 It critically discusses the film industry within the framework of the Culture Industry Theory.
LO05 It classifies certain subgenres in the history of cinema.
LO06 It highlights the differences between commercial cinema and counter-cinema theory.
