Course Goal / Objective
Teaching the production methods of microfluidic systems. Analyzing micron-scale dimensions. Establishing knowledge of materials commonly used for microfluidic systems. Theoretical teaching of photolithography technique. Explanation of solidification process and its results. Teaching of addition and removal processes.
Course Content
Microfabrication techniques, Micro patterning methods, Cell-based fluidic systems and BioMEMS systems for cell biology, Wearable micro devices.
