Course Goal / Objective

Learning the tools for manufacturing methods for microfluidics systems. Learning scale analysis in micron scale. Creating a knowledge base about commonly used materials in microfluidic systems. Understanding of Photolitrography. Solidification process and its results. Understanding of theaddition and subtraction processes.
