Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire theoretical knowledge in the field of organizational behavior to enhance the motivation and productivity of teams, groups, and organizations.
Course Content
The definition of organizational behavior and the explanation of related concepts include attitudes and job satisfaction, emotions, personality and values, perception, motivation theories, motivation tools and practices, group behavior, teams and their types, communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict, and negotiation techniques.
