Course Goal / Objective
Demonstrating and presenting characteristics, mutations and cytogenetic analysis of chromosomes and pedigree analysis.
Course Content
Packaging of DNA and chromosome, characteristics, mutations and cytogenetic analysis of chromosomes, Pedigree analysis, Otosomal and sexual abnormalities, Genetic control of gender, Separation of chromosomes, Giant chromosomes, Barr body, Mendelian and non mendelian inheritance, Prenatal diagnosis and Genetic screening.
