Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to teach how to perform morphometric analyses using MRI, CT, and other medical imaging methods. It provides knowledge on modern digital anatomy techniques by addressing AI-assisted measurement methods, anatomical data analysis, and clinical imaging processes.

Course Content

This course aims to examine the anatomical analysis of data obtained through medical imaging techniques and AI-assisted measurement processes. Students will learn to perform morphometric assessments using MRI, CT, and digital modeling methods. The course is supported by AI-based data analysis, automatic segmentation, measurement algorithms, and clinical applications.
